Step-by-Step Guide
Log Into ShipStation App
Ensure you have the necessary login details for your ShipStation account. Navigate to the ShipStation app and enter your credentials to log in.

Follow the Private App Installation Process in Shopline's Admin Backend. Create a Private App in Shopline, configure permissions, and set up webhooks. Copy the necessary data points into the ShipStation app.
Access Shopline Dashboard
Navigate to the Shopline Dashboard via the app.
Create and Configure Private App
Log into your Shopline store admin, create a new app, and configure permissions for Products, Orders, Store Information, Inventory, Shipping, and Assigned fulfillment orders.
Set Up Webhooks
Create six webhooks for events like Order update, Order payment creation, and more. Use the Notification URL from your app dashboard.
Install and Connect App
Install the app, obtain the Admin API access token, and enter it along with the App Key and Secret into your ShipStation Dashboard.
Connect ShipStation Account to App
Log into ShipStation at https://signin.shipstation.com/, retrieve your API keys, and enter them into the app under Account > ShipStation Account.

Add the API Key from your ShipStation Login.
Configure ShipStation Account
In ShipStation, go to My Profile, then Selling Channels > Store Setup, and connect a new store. Search for 'shipstation', name it 'Shopline Store', and wait up to 48 hours for changes to take effect.
Connect a Store
Go To Selling Channels > Store Setup > Connect a Store
Wait for Orders to Sync
Go to 'Orders' in the app. Orders will be sent to ShipStation within 24 hours of appearing in the app.
Process Order in ShipStation
Mark a test order as shipped in ShipStation. Tracking information will be sent back to your Shopline store, which may take 4-24 hours initially.
